This project involved the complete renovation of a two-story structure, transforming it into a modern, high-end pizzeria. The scope included demolishing both the interior and exterior façade, installing new impact-rated windows, railings, roofing, and tile finishes, while also converting the space into a sit-down restaurant with updated dining areas, kitchen, and food prep spaces, alongside extensive site upgrades such as outdoor dining, new curbing, and lighting.
