This adaptive reuse project transformed an existing warehouse into a high-end restaurant, featuring a modern open floor plan. The build-out included new grease connections, upgraded electrical, gas, and HVAC systems, as well as a state-of-the-art kitchen and a beautifully designed custom bar.
