This project was a unique commercial renovation of a 1950s office building, transforming it by demolishing the ground floor to create an open-air breezeway that activated all areas of the property. The scope included rerouting main electrical services, fire sprinkler and suppression systems, installing new underground stormwater infrastructure, curtain wall glazing, and art installations, all while maintaining an active office, and collaborating with the City of Tampa and the architect to design a hardscape plan that met new ADA code and seamlessly transitioned from the 1950s interior to the existing brick road.
