This platform provides both Tidal Construction and our partners with a streamlined, end-to-end process—from initial prequalification through bidding.

Tidal Construction Group manages subcontractor prequalification exclusively through BuildingConnected. To begin, please complete the request form below. Once submitted, an email will be sent to the designated contact with instructions for creating a BuildingConnected account and finalizing the prequalification submission.

Procurement + Bid Opportunities
When a project is released, Tidal Construction Group uses BuildingConnected to identify and invite potential bidders. If your firm is selected to bid, you will receive an invitation and can communicate directly with our procurement and project delivery teams through BuildingConnected. We value the most qualified, responsive bids and only award contracts after a thorough post-bid review process.
